On Tuesday, July 7th, step one of our re-opening process for the Grille Room will be put into place.

Step one includes the Grille Room re-opening for lunch service, 12 p.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.  Reservations are highly recommended for all lunch dining to allow for us to maintain social distancing and capacity guidelines.  We request that you make reservations for lunch at least one hour in advance.  Walk-ins may be accommodated depending on space available.  The bar will be open from 12 p.m. - 2 p.m. Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Saturdays.

Additionally, we will be offering some family dinner take-out options available for pick-up by 4 p.m. Mondays through Fridays.

Hours of operation will be assessed and extended on an as-needed basis.

The following are some of the safety measures we will be putting into effect based on
recommendations in the State Guidelines:

•  Operating at no more than 50% capacity with appropriate social distancing and a minimum of 6 feet separating parties
•  Parties will not exceed 10 people
•  Staff will clean and disinfect all surfaces after every use
•  All staff will be screened prior to work and servers will be wearing face masks when interacting customers
•  Laminated menus will be cleaned after each use and paper menus will be discarded and replaced after each use

When visiting IMGA Golf Club, we ask that you wear a face covering or mask upon arrival and while inside the clubhouse itself.  Face coverings or masks do not have to be worn outside, while you are golfing, unless you come upon another group, in which case we ask that you wear your masks and social distance appropriately.  Face coverings or masks do not have to be worn while dining, but we ask that if you have to leave your table, to please put your face covering or mask back on.

We take the health and safety of our members and guests very seriously and want to make sure that everyone, including our staff, is taking proper precautions while on site.

The Members Only Fitness Room will be re-opening as of Monday, June 1st.  Specific guidelines have been put into place to ensure the safety of our members and staff and are posted in the Fitness Room.  Hours of operation have been adjusted to 7:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m., Monday - Saturday.

The Golf Club remains open, and our number one priority is our members’ health and wellness. We are utilizing hospital-grade products to ensure the utmost cleanliness of the Clubhouse, as well as the property. Below is a list of actions we are taking that you should be aware of.

CLUBHOUSE/PRO SHOP

· At end of day Saturday, March 28, our kitchen will be closing and no longer offering orders for pick-up.  This closure will be for the foreseeable future, but we will notify you when we get the kitchen up and running again.

· Increased the frequency of cleaning high touch areas such as countertops and door handles, and restrooms.

· We are verbally screening all staff prior to the start of their shifts to reduce the risk of illness.

· Any events with 50 or more people expected are canceled.

GOLF COURSE

· We are wiping down steering wheels and cup holders in all carts more frequently, including after every usage so players will always receive a freshly cleaned cart

· The usage of personal golf carts is allowed for the time being

· We are encouraging all players to walk, which was previously only allowed for members

· All rakes have been removed and bunkers are raked daily by the golf course grounds crew

· Cups have been turned upside down to prevent the ball from entering the cup
